Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
